Product Returns Policy


Returning an Artwork

Learn how to efficiently return items with our policy below:

  1. Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective artwork, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide detailed photographs of the damage for assessment.
  3. Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our customer support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  4. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Return the item in its original packaging to ensure safe transport.
  5. Refund Process: Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing fees.
  6. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for unauthorized returns, items not in their original condition, or returned without prior authorization.
  7. Exclusions: Custom or personalized artworks are non-returnable. Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the buyer.
  8. Refusal of Returns: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or if there is evidence of misuse or damage by the buyer.
