All commissioned artworks are physical oil paintings created by
the artist.
The client acknowledges and agrees to commission the artist based on their unique artistic style. No requests for stylistic changes will be accepted at any
stage of the commission process.
The client agrees that no revisions or modifications will be
made to the artwork once the commission begins. The artist retains full creative control over the final artwork.
Payment must be received in full before the commission process
begins. Payments are non-refundable once the commission process has started.
The artist will complete the commissioned painting within 3
weeks after the payment is received. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but the artist
will communicate any changes to the timeline.
The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork, including the
right to use the artwork for portfolios, exhibitions, or social media. The client may not use the artwork for
commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
The client is not permitted to reproduce, modify, or sell the artwork in any form
without the artist’s written consent.
The client agrees not to use the commissioned artwork for AI training,
machine learning, or any related purposes.
By commissioning the artist, the client confirms that they have read, understood,
and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
